bacterial grow thus decreasing the risk of infection and promoting the fast
healing of wounds.
Shieldex Trading provides silver metalized fabric for use as
wound dressings in Europe and Asia where it has been regulatory
approved.

In the United States, approval is pending on human usage,
however, wraps have been approved for use by veterinarians. In the
example to the right, silverized thread can be used for surgical operations, for instance for a conductive, anti-microbial lead for eye
muscular stimulation. 
Anti-microbial characteristics can be used in everyday situations to provide health benefits including mattress and pillow covers for allergen protection,
